A few weeks ago, our VP and manager of service, attended the Taylor 2023 Service Manager meeting at their factory in Illinois. Our two co-workers spent a whole week with many other distributors. RMD was very excited to see the new Taylor products along with several Middleby lines. The sheer size of the Taylor factory and their quality control processes were very impressive. We loved learning more about the equipment that we distribute.
