As a Service Technician for RMD, your main focus is on delivering top-notch customer service while repairing and maintaining essential food service equipment. Equipped with cutting-edge resources and technology, including smartphones and tablets, you'll promptly respond to customer calls, troubleshoot issues via phone or video support, and handle the delivery, installation, and maintenance of various food service machines. With over a century of combined experience, RMD offers a stable and rewarding career.
